Seasonal change musical meditations

In the Cave where Saint Ignatius used to pray during his eleven-month stay in Manresa, in that very same place, every Tuesday during the academic year, from 8,30 p.m. to 9,30 p.m., a group of people of diverse backgrounds and ages meet to pray together for an hour.

This hour is divided into three parts:

• A first part that is an introduction to different ways of praying based on some breathing exercise or visualization of Ignatian inspiration.
• A second part in which the Gospel of the day is read and the word of God is allowed to resonate.
• And a third part dedicated to prayer for those who need it and for the requested realities.

Usually throughout this hour there are times when music accompanies prayer.
