We have detected that an unauthorized third party has fraudulently accessed certain information related to some reservations at the International Ignatian Spirituality Centre (CIEI).

As a precautionary measure, we recommend that you treat with caution any email, message, or phone call claiming to be from the CIEI that requests payments, bank details, passwords, or any other personal information.

If you have received any communications via WhatsApp concerning your reservation, please note that this is not a standard communication channel used by the CIEI to manage reservations or request payments or personal information. The CIEI will never ask you for bank details, passwords, or any confidential information through these channels.

As soon as we became aware of the incident, we activated the appropriate technical and organisational measures and are managing the situation in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. Individuals who may have been affected are also being informed directly.

If you have any questions or receive a communication that you consider suspicious, please do not respond. Instead, contact us at info@covamanresa.cat before providing any information or making any payment.
