Contemplative dance in vulnerable environments

Dancing our fullness

Weekend Workshops

Everyone thirsts for beauty, tenderness, and peace. Contemplative dance helps convey these qualities and discover that they already reside within.
During the course, the focus is on learning dances and meditating and praying through them. The theoretical framework will provide guidelines for applying these dances to vulnerable groups, and we will discover contemplative dance as a form of self-care and caring for others.

For Sunday it is recommended to bring a white shirt or similar (optional).

It is necessary to bring comfortable clothing and socks.
