Spiritual Exercises Eight Days
The most common format of the Spiritual Exercises offered by La Cova is eight full days.
The Exercises are done to put one's own life in order and move towards a fullness of existence following Christ.
With the help of introductions to personal prayer and the possibility of individual accompaniment, the Cave offers the environment and conditions proposed by Saint Ignatius to do the Exercises in a successful way.
This format is intended for people with experience in Ignatian prayer and for the initiated in the art of considering one's life under the light of the Word of God.
